"Let's Get Connected"

NZ Rural GP Network Conference 2013

Registrations open for NZRGPN's 2013 conference

Get connected at the New Zealand Rural General Practice Network's 2013 conference, which is being held in association with the New Zealand Rural Hospital Network.
Scheduled for March 13-17 at the Rotorua Energy Events Centre, the five-day event carries the theme "Let's Get Connected" featuring topics such as the Rural Broadband Initiative and technology in health, and also forging links with rural health and other groups such as the New Zealand Rural Hospital Network (NZRHN) and the newly formed Rural Health Alliance Aotearoa New Zealand (RHAANZ).

There's also a host of pre-conference workshops, concurrent sessions and keynote speakers – in fact something for every member of the practice team: doctors, nurses, practice managers and administrators. The popular Nurses' Forum returns and nurses' registration for the entire conference drops from $420 to $385 (gst inclusive).

The course for the event – now in its second year – is the Rotorua lakefront offering participants the opportunity to take in the sights, sounds and smells of this unique setting. Southern Cross Primary Care has again kindly sponsored the fun run and walk. Be in on the early morning action, get a fresh start to the day's programme, get the t-shirt and a chance to win a prize!
